User's recommendation: They have nice product. However if you need to return something you are going to have to hound them and hound them for your $ back. I ordered a XL and I was sent a XL Tall. It’s too big. Because of their mistake I have to pay for shipping to send it back. Not cool. It seems all they care about is making $ but do not prioritize their customer service.

Location in forestville maryland. extremely poor customer interface and service during check out.
they all seem to be busy talking to one another about nothing related to the customer's experience. the security guard walks around peering at you making you continually making you feel uncomfortable during the shopping experience.
He watches you standing in the checkout line to buy the merchandise.
Just awful experience at checkout, they appear to be unconcerned about the customer experience, engaging and talking directly to you using eye contact. They make you feel like they do not appreciate my business.
Im never going back there again to shop.

Yesterday I visited a store on 40th and Lancaster I went to get shoes for my family I asked for a shoe and it took the girl a little while to come back and she said they didnt have the shoe so the manager who was on duty politely asked me what I was looking for and I told her she informed me that she was covering the store for the day but she would double check for the shoe she found the shoe the girl who helped me had ripped up jeans on she was on her phone and had a very nasty attitude. She never apologized to but manger on duty did she was very pleasant she helped me complete my transaction and because of her I will shop at Dtlr just not that location since she states she was only covering there this is the second time I have been in the store and the same young girl is dressed inappropriate and on her phone conversing about her manager and his girlfriend working in the same location and they both dont do anything and she is only scheduled 1 day etc this is what she is saying on her phone while the store is full of customers I heard the manger ask her to get off of her phone and she rolled her eyes and continued to talk on her phone that was very rude and disrespectful to day the least, the manager lady did tell me I could come back and speak with the manager the next day to address my concerns I just dont think it was fair they way both young ladies ignored the managers request to not use the phones and when she went to get the second shoe for me the both of the ladies said this aint her store we dont have to listen to her I am not ok with that but as I stated because of the manager lady I will still shop Dtlr just not this location ever again

Same here I ordered two t shirts for store pick up after shipping. They don’t see the order but my money is gone and I have a receipt with the order number. DTLR needs to consolidate their losses and *** down several franchises preferably in NY.
